If you struggle with conjugation of verbs, can't remember the stem of an irregular verb, or you are just unsure and would like to check yourself, this is a good book for you. I have personally found it very handy, especially as a correction tool when writing papers. Note: this is strictly a conjugation tool. There are NO definitions. The book is compact and easy to manage. (It works similar to a Thesaurus.) It also includes literary tenses of verbs (such as passe simple) that you may or may not ever need. So far, I have not run across a verb that it does not have.

This book has gotten me through 8 years of high school and college French. It is so tiny (less than 150 pages) yet it has every verb you could possibly come across because of it's cross reference section. It also has a small grammar section. DO NOT waste your money on one of those heavy and complicated 500 verbs in French book when this light book has 12,000 verbs.
